Advance payment & custom build
After accepting the individual quotation, the full price is payable in advance. Only after receipt of payment is the steering wheel ordered from the supplier and then processed, manufactured and customised to customer preferences. Payment details are provided in the quotation; this website does not process online payments.
Delivery time, included items & returns
Total delivery time: 3–6 weeks from receipt of payment, including ordering from the supplier, processing, manufacture, customisation to customer preferences and delivery. Free shipping throughout Switzerland. The airbag is shown for illustration only. The airbag is not included. No voluntary returns. Statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
Privacy notice

When you submit an inquiry, your name, email address, optional phone and location details, vehicle data, selected options and message are processed to handle your inquiry. It is sent via the external service FormSubmit (Devro LABS) to the ALPCURVE Gmail mailbox (Google). Please do not send payment details, copies of identity documents or other sensitive documents.
The data is used for follow-up questions and preparing a quotation. It is not used for marketing messages. Non-binding inquiries should be deleted no later than 90 days after communication ends, unless retention is required for a subsequent contract. The operator must implement this deletion rule in the mailbox.
FormSubmit and Google may process data outside Switzerland. Information from these providers is available in the FormSubmit privacy notice and the Google privacy policy. Provider locations, contractual privacy terms and any necessary safeguards still need to be fully clarified.
The website uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party fonts. Product images are served from our own hosting. Technically necessary access data may be processed by the hosting provider OpenAI Sites when you visit. The website does not permanently store your entries in the browser.
You can contact us at the contact address to request access to, correction or deletion of your inquiry data. Full operator details are still pending.
Designs & brands
The logo and website copy were created independently for ALPCURVE. Product images come from Sellings; the user expressly confirmed permission for commercial use and editing. Image crops show steering wheels and retain vehicle brand marks. Images do not establish product availability or manufacturer partnerships. Vehicle brands are used solely to identify the subject of an inquiry. No partnership with vehicle manufacturers is claimed.
